Answer

Yes. Poster is the way of your presenting during the conference and you still need a full paper with about 12 pages.

Answer

Currently, we do not have specific standards for poster size; they will be given approximately a month before the conference. The potential size is A1. Please, make it readable. It should contain the most important description and data but do not make it too big (like a banner).

Answer

If you are a co-author and you would like to see our schedule, you should log in and fill your personal data at this page: http://www.s-conferences.eu/ecos2019/ParticipantData. Then write us an email, we will change your role to ‘reader co-author’, this role has no participant fee. In the fields for the invoice you can simply type "not a participant" everywhere.

Answer

You are able to use Openoffice, QuarkXPress or other software to write your article. Everything you need is to keep your formatting and style consistent with our word/latex template.

Answer

The conference article should consist of 8-12 pages in order to allow its further recommendation for a scientific journal. Read more in the conference regulations: http://s-conferences.eu/ecos2019/conference-regulations

Answer

The system does not link the abstract with co-authors accounts, so you can see only abstracts and related articles that you uploaded.

Answer

The abstract and then the related article should be directly linked to the account of the presenter. If you would like to change the presenter, please let us know by email, we will switch the abstract and related article to the presenter. The presenter will be automatically the corresponding author of this article (no other option is available). The person who uploaded the article but will not present the paper during the conference will not be able to manage the abstract/article in the system.
