All accepted papers will be published in Conference Proceedings in electronic format. By submitting a conference paper to ECOS2019, authors give full permission for their papers to be published in the ECOS conference proceedings. It is a responsibility of the corresponding author (the person who uploads the article through the conference system) to secure such permissions from other authors or employers. All publications will be available to the authors and all conference participants free of charge. The proceedings will be available after logging into the conference system. The best manuscripts will be recommended by the Organizing Committee to be published in the associated journals (for more info check the Conference regulations). Journal publishers define their publication criteria independently, and authors should review these criteria by themselves.
